What is your combine policy?
Since we are offering Free shipment by Fedex, so we don't have any combine policy as you can order as many as you want without having to pay any shipping fee.
What is your Delivery Time?
Usually it takes 2-4 business days from the time your package leaves our center.

Important Shipping Notes
- Lost/Damaged parcels: Since Authenticstones dispatches all parcels with full value insurance, we have full rights to claim if the parcel doesn't reach its destination within 14 days, or if there is any damage in the received parcel.
- Please ensure that your shipping address carefully before final check out because incorrect shipping address could be a cause of delivery failure.
- Please note that Authenticstones is not responsible for any applicable customs, import duties and taxes outside Thailand. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. We may send parcel under synthetic gems or minerals to reduce the risk of theft.

Return Policy
The following guarantee applies to every product sold by Authenticstones.com!
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its ORIGINAL condition within 15 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. Please include the invoice, and the reason for the return.
- All refunds will be subjected to a 10% Restocking Fees.

Customer Satisfaction and Return/Exchange Policy:
- You must first obtain a valid Return Authorization Number before returning your merchandise, please send your return request to support@authenticstones.com.
- The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and other Literature, if any.
- New and unused means that there are no damage or marks on the item. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
- If the product you are returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned.
- A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
- All refunds will be subjected to a 10% Restocking Fees and payment will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable and reputed carrier.
- Please note that special orders have no return policy.
- Authenticstones.com! is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
- Refunds may take between 2-4 weeks to process so please bear with us.
